Messy wire management

Imagine 2 CPU’s, one monitor, one printer, one router, one phone, 1 external hard disk at my not so small desk, might have created wiring mess.
I searched many places to get a decent wire management solution, but in vain. Especially here in Delhi nothing decent is available.
